Every beginning is difficult
Growing up at the foot of the Swabian Alb with almost no connection to healthy eating, I've always been passionate about food, nature, and sports.
I work 80 hours a week. How am I supposed to find time for change? There's never been a better time than now. You've either sent out your last appointment in your calendar yourself or agreed to it. It's up to you whether you take time for your health or continue as before. What are you waiting for?

FAQ
How does online nutrition counseling work? First, we work together to develop your goals, and you give me insights into your daily routine. I then develop a nutrition plan tailored to you and your daily routine, along with workouts you enjoy. Once a week, we'll have a check-in where we can make course adjustments if necessary.
How long does the consultation take? To achieve a lasting effect on your health, we need to work together for at least three months. Only then will you notice the first results in your daily life, on the scales, in your sleep, in the mirror, and in your well-being.
