We are subconsciously flooded with information and stimuli throughout the day, which we don't even consciously perceive. With a targeted analysis of your daily diet, your routines, and your eating and shopping habits, I create a customized nutrition plan for you.

Sports and exercise
Food is our fuel. From going to the toilet to sprinting to the train. To ensure both functions are running smoothly well into old age, we counteract them with targeted exercises.
Healthy aging means 2-3 training sessions per week - not just dull strength training but the sport that fits into your everyday life so that you can enjoy the change for a long time.

Sleep and relaxation
After tension comes relaxation. To be honest, we haven't really gotten any better at relaxing in recent years. Quite the opposite. But without active rest periods (and by that, I also mean breaks from external stimuli like screens), we can ditch all the healthy recipes and workout plans.
